These imperfections are not defects but rather a reflection of authenticity, the integrity of the process, and cultural values ​​passed down through generations.

Generally, the batik fabric we use comes in 2-meter sheets with non-uniform patterns distributed across the fabric surface.

Consequently, the placement of the batik pattern on the finished product (the garment) may not always be exactly the same as shown in the photo. Pattern placement depends on the fabric cutting and layout process.

We strive to minimize image editing to ensure the image quality is 95% true to the actual product. Slight color variations may occur, usually influenced by your device’s resolution and settings when viewing the photos.

IMPORTANT:

If ordering for a specific event, please place your order at least 5–7 days in advance and verify the estimated shipping time from the courier to your location.

SHIPPING:

Shipping takes place Monday through Saturday. No shipments are made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipments take place Monday through Friday; the order cutoff time is 15:00 WIB. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

Saturday shipments have a cutoff time of 10:00 WIB. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

*If a Saturday falls on a public holiday, shipments will be processed on the next business day.
