These imperfections are not flaws, but rather a reflection of authenticity, the integrity of the process, and cultural values passed down from generation to generation.

In general, the batik fabric we use comes in sheets of specific sizes with non-uniform motifs spread across the fabric.

Therefore, the placement of the batik motif on the final product (clothing) may not always exactly match the photo. The placement depends on the fabric cutting and dividing process.

We strive to minimize the use of photo editing applications to present image quality that is 95% true to the original. There may be slight color differences, which are usually affected by the resolution and display settings of your device when viewing the photos.

IMPORTANT:

For those ordering for an important event on a specific date, please place your order at least 5-7 days before the event starts and confirm the estimated delivery time from the courier to your address beforehand.

SHIPPING:

Shipping is carried out every Monday – Saturday. There are no shipments on Sundays, National Holidays, and Public Holidays.

For Monday – Friday shipments, the order cutoff time is 3:00 PM WIB (Western Indonesia Time). Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

For Saturday shipments, the order cutoff time is 10:00 AM WIB. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

*If Saturday falls on a public / national holiday, your order will be shipped on the next business day.
