Due to the manual nature of the process, minor imperfections may occur; however, this is precisely what makes them special. Every detail is the result of human craftsmanship, not machine production. These imperfections are not defects, but rather a reflection of authenticity, the integrity of the process, and cultural values ​​passed down through generations.

Traditional Textile (*Wastra*): *Batik Cap* (Stampped Batik) and Premium Lace.

Solid-colored sections: Cotton-Tencel blend with a dobby texture.

Generally, the batik fabrics we use come in specific sheet sizes with non-uniform patterns distributed across the fabric surface.

Consequently, the placement of the batik pattern on the finished product (the garment) may not always be exactly the same as shown in the photo. Pattern placement depends on the fabric cutting and layout process.

We strive to minimize image editing to ensure the photo quality is 95% true to the actual product. Slight color variations may occur, typically influenced by the resolution and settings of the device used to view the photos.

IMPORTANT:

  If you are ordering for a specific event, please place your order at least 5–7 days in advance and verify the estimated delivery time from the shipping carrier to your location.

SHIPPING:

Shipping takes place Monday through Saturday. There is no shipping on Sundays or national public holidays.

For Monday–Friday shipments, the order cutoff time is 15:00 WIB. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

For Saturday shipments, the cutoff time is 10:00 WIB. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day.

*If a Saturday falls on a national public holiday, the order will be shipped on the next business day.
